We funded 5 programs under the Health Disparities Category, Four Chronic Disease, Four Continuation, and none in Research & Planning.
There were six newly funded organizations. Three programs target youth, four target elders, two women, one homeless populations, and three additional adult populations.
Instructions for Receiving Funds
Our Fiscal Agent, Jim Ryan from the Regional Center for Healthy Communities/Greater Lawrence Family Health Center will send all recipient organizations a Memorandum of Understanding by mail within the next two weeks, along with instructions for invoicing for the grant amount. A signed MOU must be received by our fiscal agent before invoices can be processed.
